Returns and Cancellations
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from
Lily Slings. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may
return it for a complete refund, minus shipping, within 14 days. The product must be in
its original packaging with all the relevant instructions.
You also
have the right to cancel your order from the day you place it. If the
cancellation is made before dispatch, no expenses are incurred.
However, if the order is cancelled after dispatch of the goods, the
return postage costs are at the customer's charge.

Faulty products
We are unable to refund postage costs of returns unless the
product is damaged or faulty. In the case of a faulty item, we will
exchange the product or offer a full refund.
