- United Kingdom
Packaging and shipping within mainland UK are included in all prices.
All items are shipped 1st class using Royal Mail. If you need an item
urgently, we can send it Special Delivery next Day at an extra charge.
In that case, it is preferable to tell us by phone so that we know that the order is urgent.
- European Union
Orders to countries of the European Union are shipped using Air Mail
for an extra £3. Please select this option from the shipping methods
when checking out.
- Countries outside the EU We are sorry not to be able to ship to countries outside the European Union.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders as soon as payment is received. We usually
dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days from receiving payment,
although orders are usually dispatched the next working day where
possible. Please allow 10 days for delivery. If you have not received
your order within 14 days, please contact us.
